Scott V. Alvis,
President and General Manager, oversees all aspects of SynXis including sales, marketing, operations, technology and
finance. Prior to joining SynXis in September 2006, Alvis spent 16 years with Sabre, most recently as Senior Vice
President of Enterprise Marketing for Sabre Holdings where he was responsible for guiding the corporate strategy, market
research and human factors efforts. He also served as Senior Vice President of Travel Supplier Distribution and Senior
Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Sabre. In that role, he organized a team of sales and marketing professionals
charged to focus on electronic distribution for hoteliers and other suppliers, and launched Sabre's first real time hotel
availability product as well as the company's initial suite of electronic hotel advertising products. Alvis earned a
master's degree in finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and a bachelor's degree
in economics from Duke University. |

As Chief
Operating Officer, Scott Brodows leads the technology, marketing, account management and service delivery organizations
within SynXis and plays a critical role in developing company strategy and building key alliances throughout the travel
industry. Brodows was the business sponsor within Sabre for acquiring SynXis and joined SynXis soon after the deal was
consumated in January 2005. Since joining Sabre Holdings in 1996, Brodows has served in a number of roles, including Vice
President of Car and Hotel Distribution for Sabre Travel Network and Car Rental Segment Manager for Sabre Holdings. During
this time, he led strategy, marketing, sales and customer service initiatives for hotel, rental car and other ground
transportation customers. He also was responsible for coordinating the company's rental car strategy across all Sabre
Holdings business units. Prior to joining Sabre, Brodows held an operations management role with a market research supplier
in New York. Brodows earned a master's degree in business administration from the Darden School of Business at the
University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. Brodows resides near Dallas, Texas with his
wife and two children. |

Meltzer
joins SynXis from Sabre Travel Network, where he was most recently acting Vice President for Car and Hotel
Distribution. Prior to holding that position, Meltzer was Director of Global Accounts and Operations, responsible
for hotel distribution and service for Sabre’s 65,000 hotel customers. Prior to joining Sabre Travel Network in
2002, Meltzer held positions in hotel operations, revenue management and sales at both the corporate and property
level. |

Tom Murray oversees the Technology Team at Synxis and is responsible for all aspects of Product Development,
Product Support, Systems Operations and Professional Services. Prior to becoming a member of the Synxis Team,
he was a member of the Technology Team at hubX that developed the CRS solutions which later become a foundation
for the current Synxis product offerings. Tom has over 25 years experience in the Technology Industry spanning
Applications Development, System and Network Operations and Enterprise Architecture. Prior to the Hospitality
Industry, he has worked in the Insurance, Banking, and Energy industries which have provided him with a diverse
background in applications software and technology platforms in mission-critical business environments. He has a
Bachelors Degree in Finance from Boston College and has completed extensive Masters Level coursework in Business
Administration and Information Technology. |

Bruce Hyatt leads the SynXis marketing team, overseeing all aspects of the product marketing process and marketing
communication activities. After joining Sabre in 1998, Hyatt has worked over 7 years on numerous facets of
electronic hotel distribution, including travel agency hotel booking products, supplier e-service portal
applications, marketing partnerships/business development, and managing both operational and account management
teams. His most recent role with Sabre found him conducting due diligence on the SynXis acquisition, which
positioned him well to create and lead the Sabre/SynXis strategy going forward. Hyatt earned a Master of Business
Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young
University. |
