Property Connect

Property Connect enables hotels to send data and reservations seamlessly from RedX to and from other hotel systems. This addresses the growing need for hoteliers to interface their reservation system with the property’s other marketing and operational systems including the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS). Our deep level of integration supports the growing need for a single image of inventory and includes: reservation delivery, inventory and rate updating, stay controls management and yielding functionalities as well as reservation and profile synchronization. Our RMS interfaces work with Hurdle Rates and Best Available Rate features that help optimize revenue across all channels.

We work with an extensive and growing list of the industry’s most popular PMSs, including those of Micros-Fidelio, Softbrands, Agilysis, Springer Miller, Protel and many others. RedX also interfaces seamlessly with many other systems including CRM and guest loyalty programs.

SynXis is so passionate about its integration products and ensuring interoperability of hotel systems, that we recently created the SynXis Technology Partner Program which guarantees the highest level of collaboration between vendors for development, implementation, support and enhancements

As an active member of both Open Travel and HTNG, SynXis works with the most current XML standard interface specifications so new interfaces can easily and quickly be added as needed.
